I never imagined myself on this path, but with the benefit of hindsight, I wonder what took me so long! As a child, I was aware of people at bedtime, and my fear of

them lasted many years. Now, I know I had nothing to fear and they meant no harm - and I've embraced the opportunity to communicate with them.
